Calla Frame

Calla Frame

Understated and elegant, Calla embodies the purity of form that defines our papier mâché collection. With smooth planes and softened edges, she offers a sense of calm restraint — a study in balance where simplicity becomes the statement. Each frame is shaped by hand by our artisans, giving it the warmth and character that only a handmade piece can hold.

Calla is available with or without a 4×6 charcoal sketch by artist Maggie Matthews, whose ethereal drawings bring a sense of movement and grace to each piece. Created on antiqued paper, no two sketches are exactly alike.

If you prefer to make it your own, Calla can also feature your own photograph or print. Designed to mix and layer with the other frames in our collection, she brings sculptural grace and quiet sophistication to any gallery wall or vignette.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
Calla is our minimalist muse with clean lines, soft edges, and a serene presence that lets texture and tone quietly lead. Each frame is shaped by hand in papier mâché, giving it the subtle irregularity that makes handcrafted pieces so special. Each frame can be ordered with a charcoal sketch by artist Maggie Matthews — a piece that celebrates feminine form and material contrast — or selected without so you can feature your own artwork. Perfect on her own or paired with others from the collection for a beautifully composed wall.
